University staff and students make the news.

Professor Martin Conway was on BBC Radio 4's 'Mid-Week' programme on Wednesday 19 March talking about the Art-Sci project which he and Dr Madelaine Eacott were involved with, as part of unique exhibition of works of art designed to unravel some of the mysteries of the human memory. The exhibition opens at the Hatton Gallery, Newcastle University on 22 March. Details on Newcastle website

Ian Harwood, a 47 year old medical student based at Queen's Campus was on BBC Look North on 18 March in a feature regarding mature student admissions to medicine.
