Natural Sciences

Answer to a frequently asked question

Will I be at a disadvantage if all the subjects that I am taking in my last year at school or college are not all Science subjects ?

You will not be at any disadvantage if you have mixed Arts and Science subjects. Some subjects will require you have a good A level (or the equivalent) in the relevant subject(s), but there are subjects that do not require you to have studied any particular subjects before you have arrived in Durham.  Note that we do ask you to have at least one Science or Mathematics A-level.
