Will I be invited to an intervew ?

Almost certainly not. We rarely interview candidates for Natural Sciences. If you apply and get an offer, you will be invited to attend one of two Open Days (held in March each year). If you would like to visit Durham before applying, there are a number of pre-application open days that you can participate in (see the link below for more details)
