Department of Music

How to apply

Thinking of applying to Durham?

If you are planning to apply for a full-time degree programme (BA, BSc, MSci, MEng), then you will need to apply through UCAS. Before you apply you need to check that:

  • we offer the course you want to study
  • you can meet the course requirements
  • you have the necessary support to pay for fees and meet your living costs.

Durham is a collegiate university, so as well as applying to a department we'd encourage you to select a college on your application form. Why not visit our accommodation section to find out which college suits you best.

If you have any difficulties as a result of a disability or medical condition which may affect your studies, we would be pleased to talk to you to discuss any help you may need during your time with us. More information about the services we can offer is available on the Service for Students with Disabilities (DUSSD) website.

We hope you find all the information you need here, but if you do have any further questions our Admissions Office will be pleased to help.
