Responsibilities
Heather is responsible for:
- finance - including budget, research applications and awards, payroll, purchasing
- staff recruitment
- web editing
- REF data management
- Secretary to the MLAC Research Committee
- production of the Alumni magazine 'Babel'
- allocation and maintenance of space and equipment
- monitoring departmental workload models
- main point of contact for staff HR issues
