The long term goal of my research is to determine how the nervous system computes and represents 3D spatial structure from sensory information, such as vision, audition and proprioception, and how it uses spatial representations to generate responses, such as perceptual reports or motor actions. In the context of this goal, I am currently pursuing the following lines of research:

Spatial Representations and Motor Action

Human Echolocation

Visual Perception of Shape from Texture

I am also interested in:

Visual Motion Integration

Stability of Fixational Eye Movements
