Borrowing Laptops

All Library sites have laptops that you can borrow and use within the Library for up to four hours. Before you can borrow a laptop, you need to register to use this service by filling out a form at the Help and Information desk. After you have registered, ask to borrow a laptop and power pack at the Help and Information desk. You can also borrow mini-mice and headphones for use with laptops from the Bill Bryson Library. Laptop loans operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Like other Library items, laptops should be returned to the Help and Information desk within the 4 hour borrowing period. There is a £1 charge per item per hour if the laptop, charger or mouse and headphones are returned late.
