In the Library Catalogue, this refers to information about the place of publication, publisher and date of publication of an item.
Index
1. An alphabetical list of the names and subjects in a publication with references to the page numbers where the names and subjects appear.
2. A tool that arranges references to a group of publications in a specific subject area by author, title or subject. The index may be in print or electronic form.

Intersite request
A service which enables Library users to borrow and request books or bound journals from the Queen’s Campus Library to be delivered to the most convenient University Library site in Durham, or to request books or bound journals from Durham to be delivered to the Queen’s Campus Library.
