This area of the Library website gives you information on the Library developments happening throughout 2013. You'll find background information and how this will affect the services you use, as well as the benefits to you once each phase is complete.

What we plan to do
These are exciting times for Durham University Library. Major development work will take place across our Library sites over the next two years. This will ensure that our Libraries in both Durham and at Queen's Campus provide up-to-date and flexible support for research and education. Palace Green Library will become a Heritage Centre at the heart of historic Durham, a UNESCO World Heritage site, displaying treasures from Anglo-Saxon to modern times.
