Biography
Guangxiang Li has a BA from Guangxi University (China), LL.B from Remin University of China (Beijing) and LL.M from University of Leicester. He is currently a PhD candidate in Law School of the University of Durham.

Constitutional review and the New Constitutional Order in Hong Kong.
