Dr Aoife Nolan presents on ‘Budgets and Economic and Social Rights’ at the Law Society.

On 21 October, Dr Aoife Nolan was a plenary speaker at a conference on 'Fairness, Justice and Human Rights: Realising Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in the UK' co-organised by the Law Society, Justfair and the Essex Human Rights Centre. Speaking on a Panel with Alan Miller (Scottish Human Rights Commission), Professor Colin Harvey (Queen's University Belfast) and Professor Robert McCorquodale (BIICL), she discussed 'Budget Analysis and Economic and Social Rights'.
