This one day conference focuses on issues of transitional justice, restorative justice and criminal justice in the broad context of post-conflict transitions. Streams include:

Special Issue: International Criminal Law Review

A special issue of the International Criminal Law Review, under the theme Transitional Justice and Restorative Justice will be published in 2012. Papers on the theme of the conference will be considered for publication in this special issue, subject to the normal peer review process. Manuscripts will be required by December 2011 in the journal house style (up to 10,000 words).Please contact the conference organisers for details.
