Facial attraction.
This study is investigating the way we are attracted to different physical characteristics. It is being carried out in conjunction with an Anthropology postgraduate student, Farrah Nazir, and is completely new as of July 2007.
Jury and sentencing judgements of crimes
This research is in conjunction with Meghan Provost at Queens in Canada and involves deciding the likely guilt and potential sentence for individuals accused of different crimes. This study is new as of April 2007
Family
background, genetics, puberty and facial attraction.
I am currently investigating how genetics and the environment interact
to produce our pubertal development and
face preferences. This study is aimed at women, particularly mothers
and daughters. This study is completely new, as of 21st May 2006.
Family
status and aggression.
This study is looking
at how our personal
circumstances affect our conflict behaviours. It takes about 3 minutes
and involves completing a questionnaire. Anyone can take part, but I'm
particularly interested in male participants.
