Before Your KTP Associate Starts Work

There are some things you need to consider before your KTP Associate arrives.

• Who needs to know about the Associate and the project?
• Where are they going to sit?
• Do you need any new furniture or equipment for them?
• Do they need a company computer? (the KTP budget typically covers a laptop)
• Other?

When Your Associate Starts Work

Your KTP Associate will need your standard company induction to help them settle in. As they are employed by Durham but are working on your premises, the Associate will need your Health and Safety briefing.
