As the Principal of John Snow College, Professor Summerbell has ultimate responsibility for the development and management of the College. She works directly with the other college officers, liases with the executive committees of the various 'common room' in the College and is the final court of appeal in College on many matters including disciplinary cases. In addition to being the Principal of John Snow College, she is Professor in Nutrition in the School of Medicine and Health.

As part of the College Senior Management Team, Janet is actively involved in the overall management of the College and deputises for the Principal in her absence. As part of her role, Janet is responsible for the welfare provision for all John Snow College students and ensures that their pastoral needs are met particularly through the College mentoring system. She oversees the College Admissions process and is responsible for co-ordinating all Open Days. Janet is the College Officer link to the JCR for charities and volunteering and the first contact point for all international and post graduate students.

Gini is responsible for student matters relating to welfare and pastoral concerns for students, she in particular deals with any financial concerns. She is involved in the admissions procedure for incoming students and also oversees management of the College Accommodation with the Accommodation Advisor.

Nicola is responsible for the daily running of the College Office, providing secretarial services to the Principal and Senior Tutor/Vice-Principal. She is an initial point of contact to students in relation to any queries, policies or information regarding the College. Nicola liaises closely with College Mentors to ensure students have adequate additional support. She oversees, along with the Admissions Secretary, the student record system and monitoring records within the College.

Alisha processes applications for Admission into the College. She is the first point of contact for students within the College Office and ensures the student records system is kept accurate and kept up-to-date. Alisha also provides clerical support for all College activities, including Open Days, Congregation and other events.

Michaela works as a member of the College team, having oversight of the College Residents and Residences by implementing the College's accommodation policies, including the UUK Code of Practice as appropriate and ensuring the residences are maintained to a high standard. Michaela provides general and specific administrative, secretarial and clerical support within the College Office.

David holds the roles of Bursar for John Snow and Stephenson Colleges, and Operations Director for Queen's Campus. As Bursar, David is responsible for finance, health and safety and the management of maintenance, security, cleaning and catering services provided to John Snow College, in addition to his wider Campus responsibilities.

Paul is the Caretaker at the College Accommodation at Sorbonne Close. He is available Monday - Friday regarding any maintenance problems or issues students may have regarding their room or block. He works closely with the Accommodation Advisor.
