Photo Competition 2009/10

Are you an Erasmus, Exchange or Study Abroad student, have you been studying at Durham University in 2009-10?

If so, then this photo competition is for you! All you need to do is submit a photo showing your study abroad experience, answer a couple of questions about your time in Durham and you could win vouchers worth up to £100!!

Who may enter:

• Any student who has participated in a Erasmus, Exchange or Study Abroad programme based in Durham between September 2009 and August 2010.

What to enter:

• You may submit one photo, taken during your study abraod experience which has YOU (and others students if you like) in the picture.
• Your photo can be of anything which you feel best captures your Study Abroad experience. This could include a landscape, a building, people or an event - it's up to you! Judges will choose photos based on composition and originality, but also photos which they feel would encourage other students to study abroad (but please no nudity or excessive alcohol consumption, etc.)

• Photos must be digital, with a minimum resolution of 72 dpi and 300x300 pixels.

Prizes

There will be three prizes in each category (Studying in Durham and Studying Abroad). Winners can choose between gift vouchers for STA Travel, Amazon, ITunes and Topshop/Topman.

• First prize:  £100 voucher
• Second prize: £50 voucher

• Third prize:  £25 voucher

How To Enter

• Choose your photo from your collection of super study abroad shots.
• Complete the entry form below
• Attach both the entry form and your photo and send to exchanges.studyabroad@durham.ac.uk.

• PLEASE NOTE: the subject of the email should read 'Photo Competition: Studying in Durham'.
