Durham University is situated in two locations: in the city of Durham and at the Queen's Campus in Stockton. Both campuses are located in the North East of England. Durham University can be accessed by air (via Newcastle Airport or Durham Tees Valley Airport), road and rail. Regular train services travel from London and Edinburgh to Durham. The journey takes approximately three hours from London, one and a half hours from Edinburgh, forty-five minutes from York, or fifteen minutes from Newcastle.
