Passport & Visa Verification

This page gives details of the locations and times of passport and visa checking events for new and returning students beginning their studies from 1st October 2012.

As part of the event, many new students are also required to register with the Police and undertake medical screening.

Registering with the Police

If you are required to register with the Police (this will be stated on your visa), you should complete the Durham Constabulary registration form and bring it with you.

Medical screening

If, as part of your visa application, you were required to submit evidence of medical screening then you should bring that evidence to your passport checking event so that the local Primary Care Trust can record this for you.
