The interactive guide provides you with help on completing the Tier 4 (G) application form, question by question.

1. Do NOT attempt to complete guide itself. Download and print a copy of the application form so that you can complete the form as you use the guide. 
2. Download the Interactive guide:
3. Complete your form in black pen and BLOCK LETTERS.
4. Make sure that you use one letter for each box and leave a space between each word.
5. If a question does not apply to you, mark it with a diagonal line and write 'N/A' or ‘NOT APPLICABLE’
6. Parts of the form are highlighted in yellow to emphasise important information. 
7. Click on the '?' to show the help text for each question.
