Prof José Manuel Mendes visits IHRR

Prof José Manuel Mendes from the University of Coimbra, Portugal is currently visiting IHRR through an Erasmus (European Commission) scholarship.

José recently gave a fascinating seminar in IHRR yesterday on risk perception, hazard mitigation and the role of stakeholders in determining risk vulnerability in municipalities of Portugal.
