Dear All,

Our former colleague, Mel Kenny (now Reader in Commercial Law, University of Leicester), will be in Durham on 15th November and he has very kindly agreed to deliver an ICCL seminar.  The title of his paper will be:

'Orchestrating sub-prime consumer protection in retail banking: Abbey National in the context of Europeanised Private law'

The seminar will take place in PG28 from 17:15.  All are very welcome!
