IBRU training workshops

IBRU runs regular training workshops on practical aspects of boundary-making and dispute resolution, including maritime boundary delimitation, negotiating international boundaries, preparing for litigation and arbitration, geographical information in boundary-making, and archive research for boundary dispute resolution. See workshop themes for further details of the issues covered.
IBRU's workshops will be of value to anyone seeking to improve their understanding of international boundaries. However, they have been designed to be of particular benefit to decision-makers involved in boundary-making, including diplomats, legal advisers, military officers, surveyors, cartographers, oil and gas exploration managers, consultants and senior academics.
IBRU also offers customised training courses, which can be held in Durham or in a location of the client's choice. Please contact the Events Team for further information.
