The conference aims to:
- foster interdisciplinary synergy between hitherto often separate areas of research
- create a forum for dialogue to enhance understanding of the relationship between evolutionary thought and the study of music
- show how music can be used to support and develop genetic and evolutionary theories
Discussions and paper presentations will be in English.
It is intended to publish a volume of selected essays emerging from the conference.
