Durham Law School's Professor Helen Fenwick interviewed for BBC2

Professor Fenwick was commenting in a programme entitled ‘Righting Wrongs?’, by presenter Andrew Neil which will be broadcast February 2012. The interview was carried out in Strasbourg, where the European Court of Human Rights is situated, and focussed on the European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act.
