If you’ve got a question that isn’t covered here, you can submit it via the link above or you can email it to the project team at peopleplus.project@durham.ac.uk and if the information is available we’ll respond to your query and publish it in these pages.
We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible however if the information you require has not yet been confirmed, we’ll get back to you to let you know that it’s still a work in progress.
The User Group
The user group currently meets every two months and their remit is as follows:
- The User Group will be a forum to discuss and disseminate progress on the project.
- User group representatives will feed back progress and updates to their own departments.
- User group representatives will feedback to the User Group issues raised by staff in their department.
- The User Group will suggest ways to ensure communication is achieved across the University to deliver the project.
- The User group will participate in proposing new ways of working with the project team to deliver the project objectives.
- Members of the group will participate (or nominate a department representative to participate) in process workshops and user acceptance testing phases of the project.
- Members of the group will assist the project team in validating the migration of data.
