HR: Annual Staff Review

Training

Training and development workshops are available for both Reviewers and Reviewees.

The Reviewer workshop focuses on developing the key skills of delivering feedback, setting objectives and discussing development needs and will enable Reviewers to plan, prepare and conduct Annual Staff Reviews effectively. This workshop is 3 hours in duration.

The Reviewee workshop, which is 2 hours long, focuses on how to prepare for the Annual Staff Review. The workshop looks at the self assessment form and how an individual needs to consider their job priorities and any development needs prior to the review meeting.

If you attend the Reviewer training there is no need to also attend the reviewee workshops as there is an overlap between the two workshops. You may wish to visit the reviewee on-line workshop on DUO
