Annual Staff Review
Our ASR scheme provides key tools to help everyone understand how the work they do contributes to the achievement of the University's overall aims and objectives.
-
All staff are expected to take part in the ASR scheme. The form applies to all staff.
-
The Personal Research Plan (PRP) must be completed by academic colleagues as part of their ASR.
- The Head of Department or Section receives a copy of each ASR form to give him/her a full understanding of successes, activities and issues in their department. Once reviews are completed, the Head of Department of Section provides a brief report to their staff outling the main themes emerging from the ASR process and how the department will respond. A copy of the report is given to the Division Head.
The next ASR round
Annual Staff Reviews will take place between August and December 2012.
Nominations for exceptional contribution payments http://www.dur.ac.uk/hr/annual.staff.review/excontpay/ for staff in grades 1 to 9 will be made after the reviews have been completed, with the ASR providing one source of evidence to be considered for such an award.
