Chaplaincy

At this College we have a full time College Chaplain, Jonathan Lawson, who is available to offer pastoral support to any member of College, staff or student alike.  Jonathan is very approachable, and you can talk to him about absolutely anything.  One of his favourite sayings to students is that: 'I only "do God" if you ask me', so although he welcomes conversations about faith and spirituality, he is equally happy to listen to whatever an individual wants to speak to him about.

Jonathan has the privilege of running the Chaplaincy at College, and he is also a College Officer and a College Mentor.  Academically he is interested in, and has written on, aspects of Psychology of Religion.  He is a keen fell walker, plays squash, and enjoyes the occasional pint of real ale.
