Get involved
We have a wide variety of clubs and societies that are almost all exclusively student-led and organised. Postgraduate students can get involved in all our student societies. Our strengths lie in many areas but particularly in sport, drama, charity work and music, our provisions for which are excellent. All members of College are encouraged to participate since all levels of achievement can be accommodated.
Unlike some other Colleges we do not have a Middle Common Room (MCR) since by constitution the Student Representative Council (SRC) represents both undergraduates and postgraduates. However, there is an SRC elected post of Postgraduate Representative, and a Postgraduate Committee who organise specific events for postgraduates. We also have set tables at formal dinners for postgraduates.
