Senior Common Room (SCR)

The role of the Senior Common Room (SCR) is to maintain a valuable link between staff and students of the College/University and to establish links with the local community. Its membership is very diverse, consisting of Tutors, past and current members of staff of the College/University and invited members of the wider community.

The SCR of this College interfaces directly with the student body to contribute to the fostering of an environment in which students are encouraged to achieve their potential, both academically and socially. Financial support is provided by it for social events and for specific student-initiated projects.

Anyone interested in becoming a member of the SCR should approach the Principal in the first instance. Further details of activities and events can be obtained from the SCR President or the Secretary.
