HEALTH AND SAFETY MANUAL
This Health and Safety Manual supersedes all University Health and Safety instructions/guidance issued prior to September 2000. The information is presented in a consistent format to make it easy to see at a glance what must be done. Links to useful background information from external Web Sites, e.g. Health and Safety Executive, are incorporated into the various sections as appropriate.
The Health and Safety Service does not issue paper versions of the Health and Safety Manual. By reading from the Web Site, you can be confident that you have the most up-to-date version. Where paper copies of particular sections are needed for staff who don't have access to the Internet, these may be printed locally.
