Health and Safety Service staff make extensive use of online health and safety publications and we have made this service available, free of charge, to all staff and students with access to the Durham University network.
Technical Indexes' Occupational Health and Safety Information System (OHSIS) contains full text copies of all Health and Safety Executive publications, relevant British Standards, and published guidance from dozens of other organisations. All UK health and safety legislation and associated Approved Codes of Practice as well as relevant European Directives can also be found here.
