Social spaces
The Fellow's Garden and Dunham Court are well used during the summer months for picnics, chilling out and, of course, revising!
TV Room

Hatfield TV room
The TV room (used mostly by soap fans and Sunday movie nights!) features a plasma screen and comfy sofas and is located in the basement area of A Stairs, Melville Building.
We also have two plasma screens in the bar annexe, used in the afternoons and early evenings. Major sporting events are inevitably shown in here but the fare is extremely varied normally.
The largest TV screen in College is in the MCR lounge in Palatine House.
Hatfield Bar
Hatfield bar is the social heart of College. The bar has recently been refurbished, making it a comfortable place to relax, to chat to friends, celebrate or commiserate.

Hatfield Bar
The bar offers a wide range of drinks on offer, including many speciality cocktails. JCR 'Ents' like karaoke and live bands all take place in the bar. At the far end of the bar we have two large plasma screens where College can come together to watch major sporting events. Whilst drinking is not the main focus of Hatfield, the bar is certainly the place to meet and make friends. During the day hot and cold drinks are available. The bar also has wi-fi access and is an alternative place to work quietly.

Exterior of Hatfield Bar
As a responsible outlet in the University and the City community, the Bar has accredited membership of the Best Bar None scheme, an awards scheme for licensed premises in the UK, helping to ensure a safe and friendly environment for all to enjoy.
