The Welfare Room is situated on the bottom floor of Hollingside (opposite the laundry room). From the college shop, go along the corridor, down the stairs and it's on your right. From the main Hollingside entrance, go down the steps and it's on the right.
The room is full of information such as posters and leaflets, so do come along to one of the regular drop-in sessions to pick up anything that might be of use. In addition to more detailed resources on issues covered here on the website, we have forms for free NHS prescriptions, E111 travel forms and leaflets about student finance. You can buy condoms from us for a cheap rate (£5 for 36) and even pick up some flavoured condoms, lube and dental dams! We also sell attack alarms to help you feel safer at night, and have free pregnancy tests (these can be found on the door and picked up at any time). Just as importantly, we have a large stock of lollies and a regular supply of tea and coffee - all the more reason to come and see us!
If you want any of these things outside of drop-in hours, just call a member of the welfare team and we will happily open the room for you.
