Part 3: Submitting your Soft-Bound Thesis
Submission During the Christmas Break
Please note: the Palatine Centre reception will close on 21st December and reopen on 2nd January. It will not be possible to submit theses in person during this time. Any student with a submission deadline of 22nd-31st December will be able to submit their thesis in person on the 2nd January.
To submit your thesis for examination, you first should check that you have completed steps 1-3, and then submit the following:
- two copies of your soft-bound thesis
- a completed Higher Degree Entry form

Theses can be submitted by post to the Academic Support Office at above address, or in person at the main student reception desk, between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please note: if you are resubmitting your thesis for re-examination, you will need to complete a second Higher Degree Entry form.
