Research Computing Officer - Ref: 2824

A Research Computing Officer Grade 6 is required to work as part of a team supporting IT in the Geography Department. To apply for this post you must have a degree and experience of research computing. The successful candidate will show a strong personal commitment to maintain and improve current levels of IT support. The Department runs an integrated Windows® Active Directory network and the person appointed will work with a wide range of operating systems, including: Windows XP; Windows Vista; Windows 2003 Server; Linux and; Macintosh OSX. Salary: £23,449 - £28,839 per annum Closing Date: 7th November 2008
