Registration

The registration fee includes admission to all of the sessions, Sunday evening wine reception with canapés, conference dinner, fieldtrip, buffet lunches and refreshments, and a conference pack. Accommodation is not included in the price of the registration fee.

The registration fees for IMGS 2011 are:

Early Bird Booking Full Conference Fee (the deadline was 11th February, 2011) £250.
Early Bird Booking Student Fee (the deadline was 11th February, 2011) £175.
Late Booking Full Conference Fee £275.
Late  Booking Student Fee £200.

To qualify for the early booking fee you must have registered no later than 11th February, 2011.

Graduate students based in North America may have been interested in applying for a travel award by the Health & Medical Geography Speciality Group (HMGSG). Please see Awards section for more information and how to apply.
