About Me: Gary K.L. Tam received a first-class honors B.Eng. degree in Computer Science from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2002. In the same year, Gary Tam was selected as one of the 23 Youth Telecom Ambassadors in the Event of "ITU Telecom Asia 2002 Youth Forum" in Hong Kong. In 2004, He received an MPhil degree from City University of Hong Kong. After graduation, he worked as an instructor in the Department of Computer Science of the same University for one and a half year. He is currently a final year PhD student studying in the Department of Computer Science at the Durham University, United Kingdom.
