CeilidhOur next ceilidh will be on Saturday 6th February from 7pm in the DSU Riverside Café. Please click here for more information about our ceilidhs.Rapper CrawlOur next rapper crawl is on Thursday 3rd December, commencing at 7pm at The Bridge. Photos from the last crawl can be found here.Inter-Varsity Folk Dance FestivalNext year, IVFDF will be held by the Folk Society here in Durham, from Friday 5th through to Sunday 7th March. It will be a fun-filled weekend of ceilidhs, concerts, workshops, rapper dancing and sessions, and probably lots of drinking. The IVFDF 2010 website will be online shortly.ConcertsWe are looking to start putting on regular Folk Society concerts, possibly termly. Please watch this space.May DayJoin us on 1st May at 05:15am on Prebends Bridge to see the sunrise, and for lots of folky fun. There will be a music, morris dancing, coffee and a barbecue.
