Meetings

The College of St Hild & St Bede has 6 main meeting rooms which can accommodate a variety of requirements and styles.

Caedmon Hall

This large meeting room can take up to 200 delegates in a theatre style and has a large stage area.  The hall is available during University vacations.

Joachim Room

This elegant converted chapel can hold meetings for up to 100 delegates in a theatre style.  It is available throughout the year.

Henry Dyson Room

The Henry Dyson Room can hold up to 42 in a theatre style and is available throughout the year.  The room has an integrated projector & screen; wi-fi access; and an extensive art collection on the walls.

Collier Room

The Collier Room, which boasts large glass walls giving ample natural daylight, can hold up to 40 delegates in a theatre style.  It had a built in plasma screen for presentations and is available throughout the year.

Whittaker Room

This small room can hold 14 delegates in a boardroom style.  It is available throughout the year

George Smith Reading Room

The Reading Room can take up to 40 delegates in a theatre style and is available in University Vacations
