Meetings
Collingwood College has 7 meeting rooms suitable for a variety of sizes of events.

The Penthouse Suite
This purpose-built suite of meeting rooms consists of a 3 conference rooms and a smaller break out room. The main meeting room has a maximum capacity of 170 delegates in a theatre style and can also be divided into 2 smaller rooms each with a capacity of 60 theatre style . The Penthouse Boardroom is also situated within the suite with capacity for 50 delegates theatre style or can be used for catering. There is also a small seminar room within the suite with capacity for 10 delegates each. Wi-fi is available throughout. These rooms are available throughout the year.
Dales Suite
The Dales Suite is a suite of two rooms ideal for smaller meetings. The Weardale room is the larger of the two rooms and can hold up to 40 delegates in a theatre style. It has a built in data projector and screen. The Teesdale room is of the same standard but smaller in size, with capacity for 15 delegates, and is perfect for catering to be served in. Wifi is available in both these rooms. These rooms are available throughout the year.
Bayley Room
The Bayley Room is available to used as a meeting room in University vacations and can accommodate up to 40 delegates in a theatre style.
