OVERVIEW
The Facilities Section continues to provide a wide range of operational services, some 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to Departments and Colleges to ensure that the University can deliver its services to its customers.
All members of staff in the Estates and Buildings Facilities Section provide services in conjunction with customers and stakeholders, encouraging their participation and working with them to explore innovative solutions to existing and new issues. All service provision is subject to regular financial performance monitoring and reviewed to ensure that delivery continues to be effective, economic, efficient, and customer focused.
