Psychological Perspectives and Issues in Education
A research group of the School of Education.
This research group was established in 2004 and continues to grow and strengthen. There is a strong overlap between this group and that of the Assessment, Evaluation and Effectiveness group and the group is actively collaborating with members of CEM in drawing upon the Centre's extensive database to examine issues germane to assessment and learning. The group has a strong reputation in the areas of achievement motivation; working memory; the assessment, treatment and socio-emotional aspects of dyslexia. The group is building on its international links and its members continue to collaborate with overseas partners.
The selected publications below indicate the recent research that has been undertaken by members of this research group.
