School of Education Tops League Tables

The June 2012 leagues tables from the Times and Sunday Times put Education at Durham University in 2nd place amongst UK universities.

One week ago new league tables appeared. One was the "Times Good University Guide 2013" and the other was the "Sunday Times University Guide 2012".

The "Times Good University Guide 2013" places Education at Durham in 2nd place 

The "Sunday Times University Guide 2012" places Education Studies at Durham in 1st place and Teacher Training at Durham in 3rd place

Head of School, Professor Peter Tymms said "This is great news and represents very hard and successful work in the School of Education."
