Research activities

The group researches on a range of motive or energy generation systems; from engine, motor and generator design and research in biomaterials and bio-tribology of artificial human joints. Although the group works as a single unit our research can be split into three sub themes:

1. Biomechanics
2. Thermofluids
3. New and renewable energy
