Prof Richard Davies: Aberconway Medal

Richard Davies has been awarded the Aberconway Medal by the Geological Society of London, the main professional body representing academic and industry geoscientists in the UK. The award, made to individuals who are 45 years old – or younger – ‘recognises distinction in the practice of geology, with special reference to work in industry’. It is the second of these awards won in Durham in as many years. Well done Richard, very much deserved for all your efforts with CeREES
