Appointments

  • Appointments are usually available Monday to Friday and the office is currently open from 8.30am until 5.00pm. DUSSD operate all year round, including vacation times.
  • We offer late night appointments on Mondays during term time only where shorter appointments are available between 5pm and 7pm (shorter appts of 20 minutes with a Disability Advisor and last available appointment time would be 6:40)
  • Please allow one hour for your appointment (unless booking a short appointment on our late night).
  • Students are welcome to call in for general advice but, if you wish to see a Disability Adviser, we strongly encourage you to make an appointment to avoid disappointment.
  • Equally, because demand for appointments is high, we politely request you notify DUSSD if you cannot attend your appointment. This means we will be able to offer cancellations to other students.
