Gateway

Gateway symbolises an important development for the University and the City, which has allowed an under-utilised and disjointed brown-field façade on a key University site to be redeveloped with an environmentally sustainable build of the highest standard.

The Gateway development consists of:

  • a major extension to the Bill Bryson Library
  • a new Law School, bringing together staff previously on two different sites
  • the Palatine Centre - a building which brings together all the student facing services and is home to the University's Executive
