Never heard of Ultimate Frisbee before?

Ultimate is an exciting, non-contact team sport, played by thousands the world over. It mixes the best features of sports such as Football, Basketball, American Football and Netball into an elegantly simple yet fascinating and demanding game. To compete at the top level, Ultimate players require an unmatched degree of speed, stamina and agility.

Yet the simplicity of the rules means it's easy and fun for newcomers to pick up.

The UK has an ever expanding Ultimate network and the club is growing and moving forward year on year, with us attending more tournaments which everyone is welcome to, while last year we also sent 2 teams to a Beach Ultimate tournament, the first experience of beach for a lot of our players and enjoyed by everyone.

We always welcome new players to any of our sessions throughout the whole year - no matter whether it is the very first week or the last one of the year, anyone is free to come and you will always get to play right from the start.
