Public Procurement

We aim to comply with the general duty to promote race equality in our relevant procurement functions that are contracted out to a private company or voluntary organisation.  We aim to send a summary of our diversity and equality policies out with tender documentation and will review whether existing arrangements meet the general and specific duties outlined in the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2001, Disability Discrimination Act 2005 and Equality Act 2006.
